Lane is your savvy solution wether you’re buying or selling! Lane has been amazing to work with! She actually helped us buy our home and then helped us sell when we needed to relocate! As a buyer’s agent she was incredible- there were multiple offers and the market was a sellers market- she dug in and found what it would take to come outlet on top within our constraints. As a seller’s agent in a rough seller’s market she was able to do the same. She helped us pivot when the market took a turn and helped us get it across the finish line- still within our constraints. She is level headed, extremely experienced, and exceotional with negotiations. I will not hesitate to use her again or refer her to friends and family.

Lane and Jeff were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I could not have had a better realtor. Everything was so smooth and we felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. Lane negotiated for our interests very well, and she was able to get us back close to $10,000 on the house we were buying due to some issues we found with the house during the home inspection. Lane and Jeff helped find my forever home in Westcliffe, CO. Let me tell you a short story. In 2020, I decided to sell my home in Colorado Springs, CO. I found Lane through a friend and asked her to work with me on getting my current home sold and find a place in the mountains. Lane worked hard to find me a place in Coaldale, CO. It was beautiful, 38 acres, seasonal creek, private road, etc. Everything I dreamed of having. I sold my home in Colorado Springs and was in contract with this new home. 48 hrs (yes, you read that right)....48 hrs prior to signing paperwork, the last review of paperwork, the reviewer asked about the VA private road agreement requirement and why we didn't have on in the package.....everyone who had reviewed our paperwork missed this important step. Because my property was 3/4 on a private road, VA required this. Lane worked overtime to try and get me the requirement, she was even going to get notary certification and go door to door to try and get the signatures we needed. Unfortunately-but fortunately the contract collapse because of the other realtor. Lane then went into overtime because now I had no home, and we worked to get me into my forever home in Westcliffe, CO. Lane was amazing. If you are thinking of any realtor to help you....Lane and Jeff will do the work, make magic happen.
